一、设立申报程序如下：

      准备资料，向太仓工商提交名称预核准→提交太仓市商务局办理→获得批复同意，领取批准证书→向太仓工商局申领营业执照→向太仓技监申领组织机构代码证→向太仓国、地税办理税务登记→向太仓外汇管理局申请外汇登记→向太仓海关、商检办理注册登记→向太仓财政局办理注册备案登记
